When will the conference take place?

The 2019 Dealer Planning Conference will have an option of two days for which you can attend one - those days being 10.00am-4.00pm Wednesday 13th November or 10.00am-4.00pm Thursday 14th November 

Where will the conference take place?

Registrations must be done via the 2019 Dealer Planning Conference Website Registration Link

What if I require flights and accommodation?

Flights will be booked via your PPG Event Team.

FLIGHT CHANGES:  If applicable, please advise any flight changes immediately upon receipt of itinerary. Changes are not permitted on the day of travel. Any changes will be subject to availability. Amendment fees may apply and would be invoiced to your Dealership.

FLIGHT CANCELLATION POLICY:  Flights are booked on a seat only basis for same day flyers.  For overnight attendees flights are booked on a seat & bag basis (one bag up to 23kgs permitted). Once tickets are issued Air New Zealand rules state that the ticket is non-refundable and that the ticket cannot be held in credit. Therefore, once flights are booked and issued, any cancellation without notification will be invoiced to your Dealership.
